Purpose

We value the contributions of the security community and encourage responsible disclosure of any vulnerabilities you may discover. This policy outlines how you can report issues and what you can expect from us in return.
Reporting a Vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in a Beetle Digital product, website, or service, please contact us as soon as possible:

When reporting, please include:
- A clear description of the issue.
- Steps to reproduce the vulnerability.
- Any supporting evidence (such as screenshots, logs, or proof-of-concept code).
Our Commitment
When you report a vulnerability in good faith, you can expect:
- Prompt acknowledgement of your report (typically within 72 hours).
- Regular updates on the progress of our investigation.
- Fair recognition of your contribution, if you’d like to be acknowledged.
- No legal action if you act responsibly and in good faith.
Safe Harbour
We ask that you:
- Do not exploit a vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it.
- Do not access or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
- Do not disrupt or degrade our services.
- Beetle Digital commits to not pursuing legal action against security researchers who follow this policy in good faith.
Scope
This policy applies to:
- beetledigital.com and all subdomains.
- All Beetle Digital online services, products, and APIs.
- Issues related to third-party services, social media, or software not owned by Beetle Digital are out of scope.

We maintain a Hall of Thanks page to credit security researchers who help us improve our systems, unless anonymity is requested.
